UK TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR VISAS
Process
- Temporary residence: Years one – five
- Permanent residence: Year five*
- Citizenship: Year six
Requirements
- You must be in control of at least GBP 200,000 of your own or third party funds
- You must have invested in a new or existing UK business, with the exception of property development companies
- You must have invested in a new or existing UK business, with the exception of property development companies
- You must register as a Director of a UK business, or be Self-Employed
- Your investment must create at least 2 full-time jobs for UK settled workers
- You must be able to demonstrate basic English language skills
- You must provide a Criminal Record Certificate
Dependants that may apply in the same application
- Your spouse and any children under 18 years old
Residency qualification requirement
- You must stay in the UK for a minimum of 185 days per year to qualify for permanent residency
- You must Average nine months residency per year for citizenship
UK TIER 1 INVESTOR PROGRAM
Process
- Temporary residence: Years one – five
- Permanent residence: Year five*
- Citizenship: Year six
Requirements
- You must be in control of at least GBP 2,000,000
- You must have UK Government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies, with the exception of property development companies
- Your investment must be made within three months and maintained throughout the entire period of leave
- You must have opened a UK bank account in advance
- You must provide a Criminal Record Certificate
Dependants that may be included on the application
- Any spouse and children under 18.
Residency requirements
- You must spend at least 185 days per year in the UK to qualify for permanent Residency
- You must Spend an average of at least nine months per year to qualify for citizenship
